How to set up a Smart Phone app for Parent Portal

1 - Log onto your Parent Portal account through the Internet.
2 - After logging in look on the screen for the App Downloads.
3 - Once you click on them, they will give you directions of how to download as well as the access code for Emanuel County Schools.

 Through Title I Parents have the Right…… 

• To know the professional qualifications of their child’s teacher(s)

 • To know whether the teacher met state qualifications and certification requirements for the grade level and subject he/she is teaching

 • To know whether the teacher received an emergency or conditional certification through which state qualifications were waived

 • To know what undergraduate or graduate degrees the teacher holds, including graduate certificates and additional degrees, and major(s) or area(s) of concentration • To know the academic performance status of the school 

• To know the level of achievement of their child • To be involved in the planning and implementation of the parent involvement program in their school
